Job summary

Presidio, Minneapolis based, is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join the Pre-Sales Engineering Team. You will meet with customers, gather requirements for network and security solutions, and develop engineering proposals for sale.

The ideal candidate has enterprise networking expertise (LAN/WAN, data center, security, SD-WAN) and can design end-to-end solutions including hardware, software, licensing and services. Travel up to 25% in the region; based in the Minneapolis, MN area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise class network and security solutions
• Expert knowledge of design/implementation of network solutions (LAN/WAN, data center, security) and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level technical solutions and present to customers (Hardware, Software, Licensing, Professional Services)
• Collect business and technical requirements
• Complete end-to-end, full lifecycle network designs
• Drive whiteboard conversations
• Craft customer facing presentations
• Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Write statements of work (SoW) and develop Professional Service pricing utilizing Presidio tools
• Ability to self-pace and self-set direction in a team environment to drive business outside of tradtional networking
