Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support our enterprise network infrastructure. Based in Lonoke, Arkansas with a hybrid option and some travel, the role involves leading network initiatives, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring reliable network services for multiple sites.

You will design and maintain Cisco switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and ISE deployments, while contributing to change control, documentation, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Strong understanding of routing and switching in large-scale environments.
• CCNP certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco switching infrastructure.
• Manage Cisco Catalyst Center for inventory, config management, and software lifecycle.
• Support Cisco wireless infrastructure and VPN with security integrations.
• Maintain network documentation and participate in on-call rotation.
