Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, deployment, and support of enterprise networking. The role is based in Lonoke, Arkansas with a hybrid option and some travel, reporting to PMO and Infrastructure Manager.

You will work on Cisco switching, SD-WAN, ISE, wireless, and VPN, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across manufacturing and distribution environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise networks
• Strong routing and switching skills in large-scale environments
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Network infrastructure experience in manufacturing/distribution settings
• CCNP or equivalent certification or comparable experience

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switching infrastructure including Catalyst 9000
• Manage Catalyst Center for network assurance and lifecycle management
• Support Cisco wireless infrastructure including controllers and access points
• Administer Cisco SD-WAN, routing, policies, and branch deployments
• Manage Cisco ISE for 802.1X, guest access, and NAC policies
• Support remote-access VPNs, network segmentation, and security integrations
• Maintain network monitoring platforms and proactive issue identification
• Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, wireless, and performance issues
• Support network architecture, site deployments, and migrations
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call rotation and outages
• Follow ticketing, project, change management, and business support procedures
