Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Network Engineer II to design, configure, and implement core enterprise data and voice networks. You will serve as a technical consultant across project teams and act as the resident expert in networking.

You will plan and implement large enterprise solutions, provide tier-3 support, maintain design docs, and mentor the network engineering and operations teams. The role requires strong routing protocols, SD-WAN experience, and vendor management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, EE or related field; 3+ years of network engineering experience, or 7+ years managing large-enterprise networks.
• CCNP, CCIE or CWNA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco ISE).
• Experience with S2S VPN configuration and maintenance support.
• Hands-on with Cisco routers and switches (4500/Nexus 9K-2800/2900/4300).
• Advanced knowledge of OSPF/BGP and WAN/Internet circuits for data-center connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with planning, design and implementation of large enterprise network solutions.
• Collaborates with project teams to refine requirements and meet deliverables.
• Provides tier-3 technical support to resolve network issues with a focus on service quality.
• Creates and maintains technical design documentation for solutions.
• Mentors network engineering and operations teams.
• Supports SD-WAN deployment and maintenance (Aruba/Silver Peak, Cisco Meraki).
• Remediates major incidents during outages and supports service transition.
