Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years enterprise networking in production environments.
• 7+ years leadership, architecture, or mentorship in enterprise networks.
• Hands-on with LAN/WAN/Wireless, cloud networking, or security infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud networking and segmentation at scale.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable network designs.
• Influence direction without direct reporting authority.
• Passion for Blue Origin’s mission and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive enterprise network architecture strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead design, reviews, and readiness of network infrastructure across sites.
• Ensure high availability, security, and supportability of network services.
• Provide mentorship to network engineers and lift engineering quality.
• Drive automation and repeatable engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure network solutions.
• Partner with vendors to evaluate solutions and resolve complex issues.
