Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an Enterprise Messaging Manager to lead administration, security, and ongoing operation of the firm's messaging environment. You will oversee messaging infrastructure, drive technology initiatives, manage operational processes, and provide technical leadership to support business needs while protecting data.

The role supports hybrid office work across multiple locations and reports to the Director of Enterprise Messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience managing large enterprise messaging systems in a professional services environment preferred.
• Microsoft Exchange related certifications preferred.
• Proofpoint related certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops, maintains, and executes firmwide implementation and migration plans for enterprise messaging services, including policy changes, platform upgrades, configurations, and service transitions.
• Establishes and maintains technical procedures, operational standards, and documentation for enterprise messaging platforms, security controls, and incident-response activities.
• Designs, administers, and maintains messaging systems and related services including email, archiving, spam filtering, security platforms, instant messaging, gateways, and remote access.
• Develops and improves email-security controls including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and content filtering.
• Manages messaging access controls, monitoring, and configuration standards to support security and compliance.
