Job summary

Karman Space & Defense is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of the M&A integration portfolio in Mukilteo, WA. You will translate strategy into integrated plans, coordinate across Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and IT, and drive readiness, Day 1 execution, and target-state integration.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and governance while coordinating with vendors, site leadership, and external advisors to realize expected business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, operations, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise M&A integration roadmap across multiple acquisitions and workstreams.
• Coordinate integration across functions, IT, site leadership, vendors and advisors.
• Maintain integrated plans for diligence, pre-close readiness, Day 1, stabilization, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Run governance, track milestones, RAID, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Ensure functional owners deliver with clear dates, resources, risks, and escalation paths.
