Karman Space & Defense seeks a Principal Program Manager (Strategic Integration) in Mukilteo, WA. You will lead enterprise aerospace programs, translate executive priorities into plans, and drive cross-site execution across cost, schedule, and technical milestones.

Responsibilities include managing complex programs, coordinating with customers and government stakeholders, and guiding proposals and growth initiatives in a dynamic Space and Launch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent with aerospace/defense leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise-scale aerospace and defense programs from planning through qualification and production ramp.
• Owns integrated performance across cost, schedule, technical, quality, customer, and contractual commitments.
• Develops and maintains integrated master plans connecting engineering, qualification, manufacturing readiness, staffing, and supply chain.
• Leads cross-site work transfers ensuring strategy, readiness, tooling, supplier transition, validation, and customer approvals.
• Drives new product introduction and development-to-production transitions; ensures design maturity and production readiness.
• Partners with engineering, manufacturing and site leadership to establish executable manufacturing plans and recovery actions.
• Identify and manage risks across technical, manufacturing, supply chain, cost, schedule, quality and customer.
• Lead high-consequence recovery efforts for late hardware, quality escapes, or supplier disruption.
• Serve as principal interface for customers, suppliers, prime contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead executive reviews, manage scope, and develop executable growth strategies.
