Job summary

Teamware Solutions Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Instructional Designer to transform organizational concepts into learner-centered experiences. You will design, develop, and revise e-learning modules, instructor-led curricula, and blended programs aligned with adult learning theories and FDOT/Turnpike Enterprise branding where applicable.

You will use ADDIE/SAM, collaborate with SMEs, and manage projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality learning assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of training experience, including course development and delivery.
• Experience with rapid e-learning authoring tools and digital learning UX.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules and facilitator guides.
• Create learning content for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM instructional design frameworks.
• Use authoring tools to produce interactive, media-rich assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project leads and stakeholders.
• Translate procedures and standards into learning objectives.
• Manage projects from conception through deployment and provide status updates.
• Stay aligned with branding guidelines and version-control assets.
