Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience in application development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Java enterprise systems and modern frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead architecture design and review development standards.
• 12+ years with Java IDEs such as Eclipse or STS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Strong database design and SQL/PLSQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java.
• Review and approve technical designs for compliance with standards.
• Develop RESTful services and enterprise web applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design data models and support database decisions.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including deployment.
• Support modernization initiatives and cloud integration.
• Prepare technology roadmaps for supported apps.
• Assist performance tuning and system optimization.
