Job summary

The State of Michigan is seeking a senior Information Technology Programmer/Analyst to design, develop, test, deploy, and support Lottery applications using .NET and related web technologies. This role also acts as a technical lead, providing direction, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.

Location is Lansing, MI with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two on-site days and three remote days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in CS/IT or math-related fields.
• Two years of professional experience equivalent to IT Infrastructure/Programmer/Analyst P11.
• Substitution: Associate degree with 16 credits and two years of applicable IT experience; or high school + four years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for Lottery applications.
• Serve as technical lead and architect; perform code reviews and mentoring.
• Align solutions with Lottery business processes and strategic plan.
