Job summary

Maxonic Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Transformation Program Manager to lead complex platform migrations and enterprise change efforts.

You will drive end-to-end programs, from strategy and planning to adoption and stabilization, engaging with senior leaders and VP/C-suite stakeholders. You will define roadmaps, manage multi-wave migrations, coordinate with architecture, security, and compliance teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes through rigorous governance and change management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience in enterprise transformation or technology modernization programs.
• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation or platform migration initiatives.
• Experience engaging with Vice Presidents (VPs), C-suite executives, and senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of change management, business readiness, UAT, adoption, and transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT transformation and migration initiatives from strategy through stabilization.
• Define scope, objectives, roadmap, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage migration plans including discovery, pilot, migration waves, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, architecture, security, compliance, and executive leadership.
• Establish governance, reporting, decision-making processes, and executive communications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams on data discovery, migration strategy, and technical readiness.
• Coordinate migration pilots and enterprise-wide rollout waves with business readiness for each phase.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, security, downtime, and user disruption.
• Coordinate UAT, data validation, permissions validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Develop stakeholder communication, change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting covering progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with security, governance, and information-management standards.
