Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in communications or PR with corporate experience.
• Proven ability to lead internal comms strategy in matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise internal communications strategy, messaging, cadence, and channels.
• Lead and develop the internal communications team and operating model.
• Advise senior leaders on executive messaging for enterprise initiatives.
• Develop change and transformation communication plans for major initiatives.
• Define success metrics and use data to improve strategy and content.
• Oversee event planning and outsourced graphic design for corporate needs.
• Reports to the Chief Communications Officer and affects company-wide culture.
