Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration or workflow automation with hands-on solutioning or architecture.
• Hands-on enterprise integration experience, preferably Apache Camel, with EIP knowledge.
• Experience with BPMN-based engines like Flowable and modeling business processes.
• Strong solution architecture and system design ability from vague problems.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise teams to understand integration and automation needs.
• Design and build end-to-end solutions on the platform using Camel and Flowable.
• Make design decisions on integration flow vs. long-running processes and handle failures.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to increase platform adoption.
• Create reusable patterns, reference architectures, and templates.
• Share ground-level gaps with the platform and engineering teams for roadmap input.
