Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise application architecture experience.
• Expertise with Flowable BPM/Case Management, Kafka, REST APIs, and database architecture.
• Strong background in microservices, event-driven, and cloud-native solutions.
• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise platforms.
• Architecture governance and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with banking/financial services architecture patterns.
• Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives.
• 5+ years designing enterprise workflow solutions using Flowable or similar BPM platforms.

• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot, Kafka, Flowable BPMN/CMMN/DMN, PostgreSQL/Oracle, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Skilled in architecture governance, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.
• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• 5+ years designing enterprise workflow solutions using Flowable or similar BPM platforms.
• Experience implementing Kafka-based event-driven solutions.
