Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support integrations across the enterprise application portfolio. The role emphasizes hands-on work with Azure Logic Apps and other iPaaS platforms to implement secure, reliable data movement among Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise integration, middleware, iPaaS, API engineering, or data integration.
• Strong hands‑on production experience with Azure Logic Apps is required. Experience with at least one additional enterprise middleware/iPaaS platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Workato, Celigo, or comparable technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, administer, and support enterprise integrations using Azure Logic Apps and other enterprise middleware and iPaaS technologies.
• Develop integration workflows using triggers, actions, connectors, APIs, webhooks, and data‑integration patterns.
• Apply sound platform and integration‑pattern judgment considering transaction volume, latency, resiliency, and security.
• Use Power Automate for lower‑complexity workflow, approvals, and Microsoft 365 automation.
• Define source/target systems, data ownership, mappings, and reconciliation requirements with stakeholders.
• Build and support integrations using supported APIs, connectors, and iPaaS methods across multiple enterprise apps like Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI.
• Implement resilient integration patterns including error handling, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Maintain source control and CI/CD deployment practices for integration components.
