Job summary

Axway, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Senior Services Consultant II to ensure quality deliveries for Axway Cloud and partner environments. You will handle incidents, changes, upgrades, and disaster recovery, while aligning with ITIL practices and client requirements.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/CIS or equivalent with 3 years of related experience. Partial remote work is allowed; you must live within reasonable commuting distance of Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field; or 3 years of related academic study plus 2 years of experience.
• 3 years of related experience in enterprise B2B integrations, data exchange, and middleware operations.
• Experience with EDI X12, EDIFACT and XML transformations including schema validation and mapping logic.
• Proficient in Oracle or MySQL database operations, performance tuning, and user management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality services for Axway Cloud customers and on-prem environments, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and ITIL-aligned remediation and reporting.
• Perform production support, application updates/upgrades, and DR exercises with resiliency evidence.
• Design, implement configuration/workflows, and develop dashboards/reports for monitoring.
