Job summary

California State Auditor is seeking a Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain on-premises, cloud, and network infrastructure. You will lead server projects and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.

You will administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, Azure resources, and manage Juniper network devices and Palo Alto firewalls, aligning with security standards and modernization goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure projects and teams.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure issues across platforms.
• Strong collaboration with information security and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate server infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Administer on-premise and cloud servers including Windows/Linux and Azure.
• Support network infrastructure with Juniper devices, security configurations, and monitoring.
• Configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.
• Assist network architecture improvements including VLANs and firewall optimization.
• Support SIEM monitoring, alert triage, and coordination with security personnel.
