Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking a Senior Domain IAM Architect on a contract-to-hire basis to lead the design and governance of their enterprise IAM environment on the East Coast. The role requires a senior-level identity architect with extensive IAM governance experience and healthcare domain exposure, and the ability to coordinate with platform teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT architecture or identity experience, healthcare preferred.
• Strong enterprise IAM architecture and governance experience.
• Deep experience with Entra ID, SailPoint, AD, ServiceNow identity workflows, and SAML/OIDC.
• Workday lifecycle experience for employees, contractors, and providers.
• Experience leading platform teams, vendors, and contracted engineers.
