A-Gas Americas is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Food Retail to drive new enterprise opportunities, build strategic relationships, and convert market insight into scalable programs across refrigerant lifecycle services. Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales.
• Experience in food retail or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic pursuit plans for priority enterprise retailers.
• Lead RFI, RFP, proposals, and contracting with internal teams.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast rigor.
• Build customer-specific business cases and enterprise agreements.
