A-Gas Americas is expanding its enterprise Food Retail business, seeking a Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships and translate commitments into measurable value. The role requires travel 30-40% and proximity to major customers or A-Gas locations in Rhome, TX or Bowling Green, OH.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management or related commercial roles.
• Experience managing complex B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in food retail, HVAC/R, refrigeration, or regulated services preferred.
• Strong pricing, contracts, margin, forecasting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own account strategy for an assigned portfolio of enterprise food retail customers.
• Develop and maintain account plans mapping stakeholders, priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Protect and grow revenue through renewals, cross-selling, and multi-year agreements.
• Lead regular business reviews to demonstrate value and surface future needs.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and sales to deliver enterprise solutions.
