Job summary
A-Gas is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new enterprise growth in the food retail sector. You will convert market insights into qualified opportunities, enterprise agreements, and scalable programs across refrigerant lifecycle services.
Travel 40-50% is required; ideal candidate will live near major customers or A-Gas locations in Rhome, TX or Bowling Green, OH. Reports to the Director of Business Development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise business development or complex B2B sales.
- Proven success opening new accounts with multi-location contracts.
- Experience in regulated industries such as food retail or HVAC is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling, executive communication and negotiation.
- CRM and pipeline management with measurable activity and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic pursuit plans for priority enterprise food retailers.
- Develop customer-specific business cases, proposals and enterprise agreements.
- Lead RFI/RFP processes, negotiations, and contracting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to shape and deliver customer programs.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunities and forecast stages.
