The Role of a Customer Growth Account Director at Coupa:
As a Customer Growth Account Director, you will play a vital role in expanding our existing customer accounts. Your responsibilities include maintaining executive sponsorship, understanding customer needs, developing account strategies, and working closely with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other teams to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
