Job summary

LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer for Enterprise, focused on feature management. The role is remote in the United States and involves owning end-to-end features across Go on the backend, and TypeScript/React on the frontend.

You will address governance, scale, and programmatic control for enterprise customers, collaborating with named clients and multiple teams across time zones to deliver scalable, reliable software.

Qualifications

• Genuine full stack ability with backend in Go and frontend in TypeScript/React.
• Experience building for enterprise customers with multi-tenant, permissions, audits or compliance.
• Ability to own features end to end from design through production and rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end: framing with PM, design, implementation across backend and frontend, rollout and life of the feature.
• Design for enterprise constraints: permissions, audit requirements, data residency, regional isolation, degraded dependencies.
• Find and fix scalability and performance limits before customers; quantify and lead design changes.
• Extend public API, Terraform provider, and configuration surfaces for fleet-scale operation.
• Work directly with customers: join escalations and discovery calls; translate needs into general solutions.
• Raise operability: observability, runbooks, on-call rotation, and incident follow-through.
• Drive cross-team alignment; surface misalignments early and involve the right people.
• Mentor and review: provide feedback on specs and PRs to help others.
