Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to enhance the Observability product. You will design and build features while collaborating with diverse teams to meet enterprise needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in delivering full-stack features, proficiency in TypeScript and Go, and a solid understanding of enterprise software requirements. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-quality full-stack features.
• Experience building integrations, data pipelines, or APIs that connect systems at scale.
• Understanding of enterprise software requirements: compliance, auditability, RBAC, and GitOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features that address enterprise adoption requirements across Observability.
• Own integrations and infrastructure capabilities end-to-end—from API design and backend services to UI surfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to understand enterprise requirements.
