Job summary

Inriver is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in the United States. You will own the technical architecture for our largest customer engagements, acting as a senior advisor to customer IT leadership and shaping how Inriver integrates with ERP/PLM systems, DAM, and commerce channels.

This role requires deep enterprise experience and the ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure environments. You will mentor other engineers, influence product and platform roadmaps, and handle escalated

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software/solutions engineering or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on C# coding with ability to decide when to implement vs advise.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and large-scale integration patterns.
• Proven track record leading technical relationships with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and delivery strategy for large engagements from discovery through go-live.
• Act as senior technical advisor to CTOs, VPs, or Heads of Data on Inriver fit within their systems.
• Design and build complex integrations and workflows connecting Inriver with ERP/PLM systems and downstream channels.
• Mentor other Forward Deployed Engineers and guide solution designs.
