Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Sr. Enterprise Engineer to support U.S. Air Force mission systems at Shaw AFB, SC.

The role requires DoD 8140 DCWF 651 Advanced Level, CCNA/MCSE or equivalent, and active Secret clearance. You will manage multi-cluster ESXi/vCenter, vDS architectures, storage fabrics, and zero-trust practices across enterprise forests. Qualifications include 4+ years IT domain knowledge with a Master’s or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s, and hands-on experience with VMware, AD, Exchange, Cisco

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with extensive IT domain experience.
• DoD 8140 DCWF 651, Advanced Level required.
• CCNA/MCSE or equivalent certification required.
• U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Direct host patching, maintenance, and upgrades across multi-cluster ESXi and vCenter environments.
• Fine-tune VMware DRS and HA settings for density and efficiency.
• Design and govern vSphere networking and storage fabrics across SAN/NFS.
• Audit server profiles and ensure zero-trust identity baselines are enforced.
