Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Security Partner to work with the Enterprise Security organization, reporting to leadership in business units. You will manage risk, perform threat modeling, and communicate security positions using AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate analysis.

You will engage with security leadership, own risk remediation plans, and drive measurable improvements while aligning security with business objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, IT risk, or related discipline within a large enterprise or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of security control methodologies and frameworks (COSO, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53).
• Ability to translate security requirements into business risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current, prioritized risk register for your BU with final risk-call authority at senior levels.
• Lead security design reviews and threat modeling with BU architecture using AI tooling to accelerate analysis.
• Provide security expertise to BU and represent the BU in security forums and governance.
• Drive risk remediation plans and ensure ownership and accountability.
