Examinetics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Drugs & Alcohol Testing Programs Manager to lead enterprise accounts from our Griffith, IN location.

• Expertise in drug and alcohol testing programs within regulated environments.
• Experience owning enterprise client accounts.
• Strong MIS reporting and regulatory documentation knowledge.
• Experience with multi-state regulatory frameworks.
• Strong executive presence for high-stakes relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for enterprise and high-complexity accounts.
• Advise client leadership on program strategy, regulatory posture, and risk.
• Own client experience including issue resolution and long-term account health.
• Lead governance activities and executive communications.
• Drive retention and expansion through trusted partnerships.
• Serve as internal SME for DOT and non-DOT testing programs.
• Interpret federal, state, and contractual requirements, esp. in union environments.
• Translate collective bargaining agreements into defensible processes.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on compliance and policy.
• Provide consultative support during regulatory changes or audits.
• Lead client education initiatives on program requirements.
• Manage sensitive client situations with professionalism.
• Reduce complaints through structured communication.
• Ensure programs remain compliant with regulations and obligations.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of MIS reporting.
• Identify risks and implement corrective strategies.
• Escalate issues to MRO or clinical leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct routine program reviews for compliance and satisfaction.
• Develop client-specific documentation and guidance.
• Improve collector education and policy adherence.
• Implement workflow improvements for service delivery.
• Act as client advocate across organization.
• Provide training and advisory support to internal teams.
