Job summary

ITnova is seeking a Senior Developer to design, implement, and oversee scalable, secure architectures for a range of applications in the Maryland region. The role involves hands-on work across SSO, cloud-native modernization, and enterprise systems such as MAGS, ETS, NDEX, and more.

The ideal candidate will hold TOGAF and industry certifications (CISA or IAS A Global) and be proficient with .NET Core and Java/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and containerization via Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Hands-on certification such as CISA or IAS A Global is preferred.
• Experience with .NET Core and Java Spring Boot in enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and document SSO solutions for enterprise apps.
• Lead modernization using cloud-native, containerized architectures.
• Collaborate with security, DBAs, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Provide hands-on development support for multiple systems (MAGS, ETS, NDEX, etc.).
• Maintain thorough documentation and promote best practices across teams.
