You will drive strategic and technical initiatives, shaping desktop infrastructure and policies while mentoring staff and partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

At least five years in IT with supervisory experience.
At least three years of end-user hardware/software deployments and basic system administration.
At least three years of evaluating alternative IT solutions.
At least three years of leading complex multi-resource projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and technical management of the Enterprise Desktop/LAN (EDL) Team.
Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with government practices.
