Responsibilities

• Engineer enterprise desktop platforms by designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing Windows and thin-client images.
• Own application deployment and lifecycle engineering, from packaging and configuration through deployment, upgrades, and removal.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and other scripting languages to improve consistency, speed, and reliability.
• Analyze OS, apps, configs, logs, and network dependencies to identify root causes of issues.
• Design and implement capabilities to improve endpoint reliability, performance, and security.
