Role Responsibilities
The Senior Enterprise Delivery Manager, Migrations is responsible for ushering Atlassian’s most complex customers into cloud, ensuring their migration journey and cloud experience is smooth. As the main stakeholder, you will serve as trusted advisor to customer leadership, and chief delivery manager, demonstrating both technical and project governance capabilities.
You will work closely with customer key stakeholders and cross-functional teams—including Sales, Solutions, Support, Product Management, Channel Partners, and Engineering—to ensure effective communication, align priorities, and coordinate joint initiatives.
Proven capability to define customer cloud strategies. Leadership and teamwork are crucial skills for success in this role. You will identify potential challenges and facilitate effective solutions, leveraging your extensive experience to steer teams towards successful project outcomes. By maintaining a clear vision of project goals and milestones, you will ensure that the team remains focused and efficient, overcoming obstacles and achieving successful results.
Role Requirements
Proven track record in ensuring delivery excellence and maintaining high data quality standards.
Strong ability to influence customer decision-making through expertise in delivery knowledge and value discussions.
Extensive experience with enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
Capability to serve as a technical lead, providing guidance on customer deliverables and architecture to peer architects.
Skilled in communicating and negotiating effectively with senior-level decision-makers.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and mentorship skills that enhance team learning and engagement.
7+ years of professional experience as a technical project/delivery manager responsible for complex technology projects for enterprise customers.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $156,300 - $208,400
Zone B: $140,700 - $187,600
Zone C: $129,800 - $173,000
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
