Job summary

CVS Health's Aetna Enterprise Delivery team seeks an innovative, high-energy leader to drive delivery on complex technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. This role requires strong analytic, Agile, and program management skills to guide one or more large projects with multi-team coordination.

You will oversee Scrum events, coach teams, manage backlog, and partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to advance the product roadmap.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
5+ years of program delivery in large, matrixed organizations.
2+ years of leading and developing PMs/Scrum Masters.
2+ years of applying Agile and Scrum in software delivery.
2+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
2+ years using Office suite and budgeting tools.

Responsibilities

Running Programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
Managing Agile practice resources and matrixed team members.
Driving planning activities, meetings, agendas, and reporting.
Ensuring deliverables are created and maintained as projects evolve.
Interfacing with Senior leaders across the company.
Overseeing timelines and milestones with internal/external partners.
Tracking multiple project lifecycles and escalating issues.
Coordinating with other leads to manage cross-functional dependencies.
Forecasting resources and participating in quarterly forecast cycles.
