Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience leading large enterprise engagements and programs.
• Prior experience as a consultant and communicating with executives is required.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies (GCP a plus).
• Analytical and communication skills; ability to translate client requirements to system functionality and outcomes.
• Experience with agile delivery and enterprise delivery frameworks (SAFe, Waterfall) and tooling.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (<25%).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.

• Manage enterprise projects from initial communication to project completion using agile principles.
• Lead cross-functional engagements across cloud, data, analytics, AI, and application development.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technical leadership to capture requirements, estimate work, and define milestones.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and maintain project scope, finances, schedule, and risk management.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
• Maintain organized project records using PM tools and build strong client relationships.
