Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Data for a Boston-based client. You will own the vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise data products, leading cross-functional teams across data platforms and analytics stacks, leveraging AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape data strategy, governance, and operational data stores while balancing strategic execution with hands-on collaboration

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/program/project management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in Asset/Investment Management or Financial Services preferred.
• Led cross-functional enterprise data, analytics, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong API integration experience including API-first data products and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, governance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data products and operational data stores.
• Lead API-first data products and REST API integrations.
• Work with AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau and cloud-native architectures.
• Oversee data governance, quality, reporting and analytics.
