You will own the vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise data products, leading cross-functional teams across data platforms and analytics stacks, leveraging AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

You will partner with stakeholders to shape data strategy, governance, and operational data stores while balancing strategic execution with hands-on collaboration

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/program/project management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in Asset/Investment Management or Financial Services preferred.

Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Data

Duration: Direct Hire

Rate: $165K–$180K Base Salary (+ bonus)

This Senior Product Manager opportunity is based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work Tuesday through Thursday. The role sits within an asset/investment management environment and will lead enterprise data products leveraging technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures. This is a direct-hire position focused on defining and executing a cohesive enterprise data strategy across the organization.

This is an opportunity to own the vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise-scale data products with significant visibility across business and technology leadership. You’ll help shape how data is accessed and consumed across applications, reporting, analytics, and operational workflows while driving API-first integration and modern data platform initiatives. The role offers a strong mix of strategic product ownership, hands‑on technical collaboration, and cross‑functional leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related leadership roles
• Experience within Asset Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or modernization initiatives
• Strong API integration experience, including API‑first data products and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of operational data stores, data warehousing, cloud data platforms, data governance, and data quality concepts
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, business value, and success metrics
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders, data engineering, architecture, operations, and application teams
• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
