Hermanson Company is seeking a data-platform architect to design and govern a Microsoft Fabric-based Lakehouse, spanning bronze to gold layers. The role focuses on scalable architectures, cost-efficient performance, and enterprise data integration across ERP/CRM systems.

You will lead data governance, pipelines, deployment pipelines, and release management for Fabric while expanding to new systems and preparing data for AI readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with semantic modeling and Power BI.
• Experience with data cataloging, lineage and metadata management tools.

Aufgaben

• Design and manage end-to-end Microsoft Fabric architecture including Lakehouse structure (Bronze / Silver / Gold).
• Define and enforce technical standards for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines across ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, metadata, lineage and observability.
• Own deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and release management for Fabric.
• Expand the platform into additional enterprise systems and make data AI-ready.
