Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of a modern data architecture enabling analytics, AI, and data-driven decisions. This hands-on leadership role focuses on scalable, governed data solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will establish enterprise standards, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner with executives to build a unified data ecosystem supporting BI, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in data management, data engineering, or enterprise data architecture.
• 5+ years defining enterprise-wide data standards, architecture frameworks, and integration strategies.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures across multiple business domains.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, master data management, metadata management, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Assess current data landscape; define target-state architecture and roadmap.
• Develop enterprise-wide data models, naming conventions, and semantic standards.
• Define integration approaches for connecting data across platforms and functions.
• Provide governance, quality, lineage, metadata management, and security controls.
• Mentor teams and drive adoption of enterprise data standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align data initiatives with strategic goals.
