Job summary

Radiant in El Segundo is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data to architect and lead the development of its data infrastructure and AI capabilities. In this critical role, you will set the technical direction, mentor engineers, and navigate the complex landscape of AI tools to ensure compliance with security requirements.

With a strong foundation in software engineering and hands-on AI/ML experience, you will define the architecture for the data platform and own the AI vendor evaluation process, contributing to the innovative advancements in portable nuclear power.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience, including hands-on AI/ML work.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and vendor tool evaluation.
• Data platform architecture experience on Databricks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for data platform and AI tooling.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with Software Engineering team.
• Evaluate and select AI platforms meeting security requirements.
