Qualifications

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale BI projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for integrated dashboard solutions across the DoS enterprise.
• Develop dashboard strategy, data visualization architectures, and governance.
• Direct monitoring, capacity planning, and automated alerting frameworks for global facilities.
• Lead UI development with WCAG/Section 508 compliance and responsive design.
• Prepare CSR, weekly reports, and quarterly spend plans for government leadership.
• Oversee financial management, staffing, and program execution across contracts.
