Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager to direct the program across the organization, shaping Enterprise Architecture and Security Architecture principles, cloud strategy, and transformation efforts.

You will partner with TODD and business leaders to understand and advance the enterprise's technology strategies, identify architecture requirements, and oversee implementation plans while guiding teams to strengthen risk management and compliance.

Competenze

• > Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field
• > Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment
• > Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience

• Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function and coordinates architecture viewpoints
• Partners with TODD and business leaders to align business and technology strategies
• Leads the identification and analysis of enterprise drivers to derive architecture requirements
• Analyzes industry trends to assess impacts on the enterprise
• Analyzes current environments to detect deficiencies and propose improvements
• Leads development of implementation plans for EA/SA
• Oversees EA/SA implementation and documentation of design work
• Consults with teams to fit solutions to architecture across viewpoints
• Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture for on-premises and cloud
• Promotes EA/SA process and results to technology and business leaders
• Ensures risk controls are designed, implemented, and monitored across TODD
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts
