Job summary

Zenoti, a leading cloud-based software provider for beauty and wellness, seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Senior Manager to manage high ARR accounts in Seattle. You will drive proactive workshops, business reviews, and growth insights to help customers scale their business.

The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in engaging corporate executives and franchise owners. Travel to on-site client locations will be required as needed, with a focus on renewal and expansion

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise customers.
Ability to travel as needed to be on-site with key customers or attend important industry events

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with executives and key stakeholders to drive platform adoption and growth.
Become a subject matter expert in Zenoti’s SaaS platform and provide solutions to customer challenges.
Leverage data and insights to guide decisions, improve retention, and identify expansion opportunities.
Lead customer conversations with executive presence and influence renewals and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, support, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Manage multiple accounts, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactively identify risks and resolve critical issues to protect customer success.
Handle complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical accounts with gravitas.
