Job summary

Omatic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts and serve as a trusted advisor to executives. You will drive retention, expansion, and long-term success across cross-functional teams, influencing roadmap and prioritization while mentoring others.

You will act as the senior voice of the customer, translate data into actionable strategies, and partner with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to maximize ROI and adoption of Omatic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in business, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Success or account management with enterprise experience.
• Proven ability to manage strategic, complex accounts and drive retention.

Responsibilities

• Own renewal strategy and forecasting for a strategic account portfolio, with retention and expansion targets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to address churn risk and adoption at scale.
• Mentor junior CSMs and share best practices across the team.
