Job summary

Eudia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise/Strategic, to own and grow a portfolio of top enterprise customers. You’ll drive executive-level value realization, adoption, renewals, and expansion, leading AI transformation initiatives with Fortune 500 legal teams.

You’ll operate autonomously in an early-stage setting, shaping playbooks, frameworks, and customer advocacy across cross-functional teams while partnering with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise / strategic Customer Success or related roles.
Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen: renewals, retention strategy, and expansion forecasting.

Responsibilities

Build durable, multi-threaded relationships across Legal, IT, Security, Procurement and executives.
Lead executive-facing value conversations with success plans and outcome storytelling.
Own renewal health, forecast risk early, and drive renewal cycles.
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for complex enterprise accounts.
Create repeatable templates for success plans, comms, adoption and risk frameworks.
