Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise technical support experience.
• Strong experience with Linux systems and CLI troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting enterprise customer environments in cloud or IaaS contexts.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with technical guidance on Vultr products.
• Act as first responder to platform alerts and incidents.
• Lead complex incident analyses and root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate with engineering, networking, and sysadmin teams to resolve outages.
• Create and maintain internal docs and support procedures.
• Participate in 24/7 team-based operations.
