Job summary

TrueML, a mission-driven financial software company, is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise clients across fintech and financial institutions. You will drive product adoption, manage renewals, convert pilots, and deliver durable revenue growth in a remote-first environment.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, sales, operations, legal, and compliance to solve complex client challenges and expand account value.

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise client success or account management experience in SaaS/fintech.
Strong grasp of recurring revenue models, retention, expansion, GRR and NRR.
Ability to interpret complex performance data and present value-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive portfolio retention & expansion across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
Convert pilots into long-term contracts with strong business cases.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients to uncover needs and ROI.
Build multithreaded relationships with executives across client organizations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Legal) to advance expansion initiatives.
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and monitor renewal risks in Salesforce.
