Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced experience with quality frameworks such as SDLC, Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.
• Knowledge of project management practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and product management skills to include effective documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduits analysis with project stakeholders and plan execution of BA tasks.
• Identify and define business needs and opportunities for improvement; develop business case.
• Lead enterprise-level analysis impacting workforce productivity and collaboration ecosystems.
• Define requirements using workshops, interviews, document analysis, and use cases.
• Establish contribution of technology to business objectives and oversee solution implementation.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to align technical vision with usability and performance.
