• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years crafting, deploying and supporting enterprise AV and related technologies.
• Experience developing technical standards, operational processes or reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Work with international customers, vendors and tech teams to unify enterprise AV solutions.
• Define lifecycle strategies, reference architectures and deployment approaches for AV worldwide.
• Plan and deliver technology for conference rooms, briefing centers, training facilities and event venues.
• Improve reliability and user experience via monitoring, analytics, automation and documentation.
• Evaluate emerging AV/AI technologies and map to future roadmap.
• Provide technical direction on complex initiatives and collaborate to resolve AV challenges.
