Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead governance and delivery of enterprise-wide architectures, partnering with senior leaders to align technology with business priorities.

You will shape architecture standards, guide major transformation programs, and collaborate with EDO teams to drive strategic initiatives across data, information, and cloud domains. Hybrid work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with Senior Product, Technology, and Business leaders to align technology & architectural decisions with investment prioritization.
• Deep expertise in Data Architecture and Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strategic partnership lens with understanding of the entire data & software lifecycle.
• Expertise in developing clear Points of View on technology, industry, and market trends.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related fields, with a track record leading architectural initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support development, governance of enterprise-wide architectures across domains and collaborate with senior executives on architecture vision and strategy.
• Guide and govern delivery of architecture guidance to project teams and establish direction for key initiatives across the EDO.
• Develop architectural principles and manage large-scale transformation programs.
• Provide architectural guidance ensuring alignment with standards and elevate decisions to EARB as needed.
• Document and publish DAB decisions, rationales, and approved standards clearly.
